About CarNotify

CarNotify was created to make vehicle owners reachable without requiring a phone number, email address or other private contact details to be displayed on the vehicle.

What CarNotify does

Registered users create a personal QR card for their vehicle. When someone scans the code, a protected contact page opens. The person can choose a reason and send a notification by email without seeing the owner's stored personal data.

  Useful for parking issues, damage, lights left on, open windows and similar situations.

Privacy by design

The QR code contains only a random token. Personal owner and vehicle data remain in the protected system and are not published on the public scan page.

Who operates CarNotify?

CarNotify is operated by Thomas Gewinner in Monzingen, Germany. The legally required provider and contact details are available in the legal notice.

Not an emergency service

CarNotify is an additional contact option. It does not replace emergency services, police, roadside assistance or other official channels when immediate help is required.
